This agreement is made between EasyEditWebsite.com and, hereafter referred
to as "the reseller," on (enter today's date).

Whereas EasyEditWebsite.com is in the business of providing website design,
implementation, hosting, and support services, and whereas the reseller is a
free community publisher eligible for membership in the AFCP and/or the
IFPA, and desires to resell said website services, it is therefore agreed
that:

1) EasyEditWebsite.com agrees to provide website design, implementation,
hosting, and support services in proxy for the reseller, so that the
reseller may resell said services in the open market under its own brand
name.

2) EasyEditWebsite.com agrees to provide the reseller with sales support to
help it secure business, such sales support to include conference calls and
email communication with the reseller's prospective customers to answer
their technical questions and obtain the information necessary for
EasyEditWebsite.com and the reseller to provide the prospect with a retail
price quote.

3) EasyEditWebsite.com agrees to give the reseller wholesale pricing at a
30% discount from retail pricing for the services it performs in proxy for
the reseller, including website design, implementation, hosting, and support
services.

4) Certain websites may require custom programming if the customer desires
features that are not part of the standard EasyEditWebsite.com website
management software. In such cases, EasyEditWebsite.com agrees to give the
reseller wholesale pricing at a 20% discount for any custom programming
services EasyEditWebsite.com provides in proxy for the reseller.

5) This agreement is non-exclusive. The reseller retains the right to seek
website design, implementation, hosting, and support services elsewhere, and
EasyEditWebsite.com reserves the right to execute these same terms of
agreement, or any other terms of agreement, at its discretion, with any
other party.

6) This agreement may be terminated by either party for any reason with 60
days written notice. In such case the reseller shall still be entitled to
receive 30% of the monthly hosting fees of its existing website clients.
